No start 880 implomatic 4cyl

hi guys, just after a little advice my 880 implomatic 4cyl wont start it cut out so i
put new filters on bled it through and not great pressure atb the injectors, also if i need to change the injector pump does it need timimg up

is there a good flow from the lift pump? A clogged pump and worn rod (behind the pump from the engine block) was the cause of bad supply on my 1212
